Initial Skin Preparation

The Procell treatment starts with sanitizing your skin using an isopropyl alcohol wipe. This cleaning step is crucial to ensure that the skin surface is free from any dirt, oil, or bacteria. For most treatment sessions, the process is pain-free, but for procedures involving a medical-grade needle of 1mm or larger, a topical anesthetic is used. This ensures the highest level of comfort throughout the procedure. Once the skin is numb, your provider will proceed by applying the initial layer of a specialized serum designed for the treatment.

Detailed Microneedling Procedure

The microneedling process kicks off with the application of Procell’s stem cell human growth factor serum. This serum not only moisturizes but also prepares your skin for the microchanneling device. The Procell device is then used to stamp the skin vertically, creating thousands of microchannels through overlapping movements. The treatment is conducted in sections equivalent to the width of three fingers. Each section is monitored for a pink flush, similar to a mild sunburn, which signals the activation of the skin's immune response. If the desired redness is not observed, the area will be treated again to ensure effectiveness.

Final Serum Application and Healing

Once the microchannels are opened, a second application of the Procell stem cell serum is performed. This step is essential to support the skin’s natural healing process by providing an extra boost of growth factors. To complete the treatment, a hydrating mask is applied to the skin. This mask is enriched with hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, and other nutrients, which are pivotal in speeding up recovery and achieving optimal results. This comprehensive approach ensures that the skin is thoroughly nourished and prepared for healing.
