Kalon Skin Studio Policies
Put in place for the consideration of the esthetician's time and your own time as well. We ask that you review all policies prior to booking.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
No call no shows you will incur 100% charge of the treatment booked.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at email@example.com, texting or calling our office at 346-644-6456. If your call was not answered, please leave a voicemail or text.
New Clients will lose the deposit if failure to show up to the appointment or fail to make changes before the 24hr mark.
Rescheduling is considered canceling the current appointment to schedule another one, and if done so after the 24hr mark it will violate the policy and client will lose the deposit.
All deposits towards appointments are non-refundable whatsoever.
If running late you will need to notify us ASAP. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will cause your treatment to get voided and you will have to wait till your next billing cycle to schedule your next appointment. If you arrive before the 15 min grace period your esthetician will do what she/he can with whatever time is left. Please keep in mind that the total of the treatment you were scheduled will remain the same, performed or not.
If client is a no-show to an appointment, full service price will be charged. Kalon Skin Studio has the right to refuse any future appointments if client is a no-show one or multiple times.
If client cancels an appointment 3 times in a row, Kalon Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse any future appointments.
