Kalon Skin Studio Appointment Policy


 

Please review our booking, cancelation, no-show, rescheduling policy. 

 

Kalon Skin Studio requires a 50% deposit of the service price booked, this deposit is non-refundable. You may make changes to your own appointment on our booking site or through the confirmation email/text up until 24 hours prior to your appointment. Payment is rendered at the time of service.


 

I understand that I will lose my deposit if I fail to show up to my appointment or fail to make changes before the 24 hr mark.

I understand that rescheduling is considered canceling my current appointment to schedule another one, and if done so after the 24hr mark it will violate the policy and I will lose my deposit.

I understand that all deposits towards appointments are non-refundable whatsoever.

I understand that if I am running late for my appointment, I must notify Kalon Skin Studio immediately.

I understand that if I am late to my appointment, I will still be charged the full price for the service I was scheduled for, and I will receive my treatment for whatever time is left.

 

I understand that if I am more than 10 mins late to a 30-45 min appointment, I will be counted as a no-show & my appointment will be canceled. I also understand that if I am late by 15 mins or more to a 60+ min appointment the same policy applies and I will be charged full price.

 

I understand that if I am a no-show to an appointment I will be charged full price. I also understand that Kalon Skin Studio has the right to refuse any future appointments if I am a no-show multiple times.

I understand that if I cancel an appointment 3 times in a row, Kalon Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse any future appointments.
