Why Food Isn't the Enemy: The Real Root Cause of Persistent Acne

Gone are the days of fearing food, buying random supplements because they worked for someone else, or constantly adding new products hoping this one will finally clear your skin.


When I first became an acne specialist, elimination diets were a big part of how I helped clients get clear. And honestly? They worked — for a while.


But as the years went by, something kept happening…
