2. Once you place your oder you will be prompted to fill our intake forms, please make sure you fill those out, we need them to order your kit. 

3. Collect your sample. Follow the simple step-by-step guide (only 4 hair strands needed).

4. Mail it back. Your scan is processed within 7–10 business days. (pre-paid label included)

5. Get your results. Our certified team reviews your scan and reaches out to schedule your private breakdown session.
