  • I can't find the studio.

    • We are located off of Smith Ranch Road in Pearland across from the JCPenney parking lot and behind Walmart. Look for duplex looking buildings with red tile roofs. We are the fourth building to the right, in the corner suite 804.

  • I am not sure which facial/service to book.

    • When in doubt always book an In-Person Consultation + Treatment. This will give us time to speak with you about what your skin goals are and come up with a treatment plan that is right for you. This appointment includes our Deep Cleansing Facial, but also allows us time to make changes to the facial if necessary.

  • Can I redeem my groupon voucher on the booking site?

    • No, our site is not designed to recognize any groupon vouchers. You must make the appointment online and your voucher will be scanned at the time of your service.

  • I have been calling but can't get a hold of anyone.

    • We are in the process of expanding and are likely in between clients.You can leave us a voicemail, email us or send a text and we will get back with you as soon as possible. 

  • Why do you need my card information to book an appointment?

    • We respect your time and would also like for you to respect ours, therefore in order to reserve an appointment we require a card on file and a deposit of 50% of the service charge, which will comply with the cancelation policy in the event the policy is violated. Your card will not be charged otherwise. Your information is SSL Secured through Square.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    • 50% deposit of the service price booked is required and is non-refundable. You may make changes to your own appointment on our booking site or through the confirmation email/text up until 24 hours prior to your appointment. Payment is rendered at the time of service.

  • What if we are running late?

    • If you are running late make sure to message us or leave us a voicemail. If time permits we will provide what we can of the service for any treatment that is 60 mins or more. If you are late more than 10 mins for a 30 min service you will be counted as a no show and charged 100% of the treatment you were scheduled for.

  • Do you have a no-show policy?

    • Yes, if you are a no-call/no-show you will incur a 100% charge of the treatment you were scheduled for.

  • It's my first time getting a brazilian wax, what should I expect?

    • Most are nervous about their first intimate waxing service, I am here to tell you not to be. I will guide you every step of the way, we will go over everything during your consultation. You don't have to worry about being familiar with any of the waxing positions, I'll guide you through that as well.​ Do bring comfortable lose bottoms to ensure the fabric does not irritate the area we just waxed. Bring an extra pair of undies! The reason I say this is because we are exposing the skin and if you put on the same undies you came in with chances are it will irritate the skin.

  • Can I get a brazilian wax during the time of my menstrual cycle?

    • Absolutely! The only thing that changes during this time is that you are a bit more sensitive, which is completely normal. Just make sure to wear the proper feminine product (tampon) for that service.​

 

  • Can I get waxed if I am using Vitamin A or any or its derivatives?

    • Heck no! Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin​, skin lighteners such as Hydroquinone, or Accutane thin out the skin. Therefore a certain time frame will have to pass after temporarily discontinuing the use of certain products. To ensure you are within the right time frame before or after using such product, schedule a consultation or contact me.

  • Can I get waxed before, after, or on the same visit of receiving a chemical peel?

    • Rule of thumb is you must wait 7 days after getting a chemical peel to get waxed. And after being waxed you must wait 7 days ​to get a chemical peel. Medium to deep peels may require you to wait a bit longer.
